 Props

I have decided to  give most of the context with the setting. My props will be minimal, but will include garbage of some sort, plastic bottles, metal cans, and cell phones. These props can vary with the availability of space and resources. I might be able to swap out one of the cell phones with a watch.

Costumes

For the clothing, I will wear some typical trousers, shirt, and outdoor shoes or sandals. The goal is to create a disheveled, casual look. I may use sunglasses depending on the weather on that day.

Location List

The main location for my music video will be the sidewalks and fields surrounding my house. I can use close shots of different lawns and swells to create more of a natural setting that can emphasize my props. The trash will greatly contrast with the nature and can create an environmental "conflict." If time and weather permits, I could go further to Hollywood Beach or a district park such as T.Y. Park.

Schedule

Between 11/18/21 and 11/19/21, I will create the storyboard for the video.

By 11/23/21, I should have finished filming and completed both filming production blogs.

By 12/1/21, I should finish the editing of the commercial and the editing production blogs.

Backup Plan

In case of inclement weather, I could create and artificial setting indoors or use a sheltered patio to create most of the scenes. I can take household plants and smaller, sheltered areas of grass to simulate an outdoor setting. I am also trying to work ahead of the required schedule. This way, if I need more time to finish production, I can use up to a week more to make sure I have enough time to learn more editing tricks and get better footage.

This photo summarizes the theme of my video. I want to create a video where I can show a duality of a polluted world and a natural, pristine one. I hope to use trash to create a demonstration of a ruined environment and use cutaways to shows them at different times in the same places to show the change.
