Music Update
After careful consideration, I have decided to change the song I will use. I did this since I felt that the old song was too distracting and used less of the deep bass I wanted in the title card. I was specifically looking for a low, soft wave bass. Finding any fitting song is not feasible, since I will have to get the rights to re-use the song. This still applies even if I am not making the video for profit. As I previously mentioned, I will solely use music with Creative Commons licenses from YouTube. The allow for reuse without needing to credit if the new work is an original artwork. After some more browsing, making sure to use the correct filters. After some searching, I found a new song that I will stick with for my opening sequence. It is coincidentally called "Night Road" and has soft parts in the song that I can cut together to play over the title and more expansive shots. It is a similar genre, but is longer and does not sound. I figure that even if some parts are too loud, I can easily adjust that within the audio settings in my editing software. Last time I checked in FilmoraX, there are a wide variety of audio options that are linked to certain tracks. I can use cuts to automate the volume, pitch, or even the distortion. Volume is self-explanatory within the song and I am looking for a calmer, quieter tone to the song. With the music I have listened to, I have learned that artists will publish slowed and reverbed versions of the songs that produce lower and more resonating sounds. After fine tuning, the audio and selecting my desired parts, I could make small sections of the audio. I would then apply certain effects to each of the sections to make it seem automated. This would mean that the effect is not applied to everything at once. For example, the pitch would could gradually lower with time, depending on how I sectioned the music and if I can blend the sound using a fade. Although this is not a digital audio workstation, I am adapting the technology to the best of my ability.
